REGISTRATION :
1. Fill the prescribed booking form with all relevant information specifying the prefered package, and hand it over to the approved agents or submit it to the office of ‘Creative’.
2. The booking form, with valid passport and six copies of colour photographs (White background, 6cms x 4 cms size) with a demand draft of Rs15000 payable at Mumbai, drawn in favour of ‘Creative Tours & Travels (India) Pvt Ltd’ should be submitted for registration as advance.
PASSPORT :
- Intendent applicants must have international passport with more than 6 months validity from the date of departure.
VISA :
- Applicants must have valid visa to enter the countries for the chosen packages. ‘Creative’ endeavors to obtain Entry visa and all other Transit / Visit visas for the packages on behalf of the applicants, however the issuance of visa is the prerogative of the concerned Embassy / Consulate / Ministry, so ‘Creative’ cannot accept responsibility for any visa applications rejected by the concerned authority on what so ever grounds.
Especially Israel visa is required to visit BAITUL MUQAADAS, which is totally depends on the prevailing political situation over there, Incase, the visa for Israel did not come through when the group is in transit at Amman, then will proceed back to India or to Egypt , subject to availability of Air tickets.
PAYMENTS :
1. A non refundable deposit of Rs 15000 /- to be paid as advance, during the time of booking.
2. All payments (As per the package rates) should be paid by demand draft in favour of ‘Creative Tours & Travels (India) Pvt ltd’.
3. Any other form of payment to any individual / unauthorized persons shall not be the responsibility of ‘Creative.’
4. Full payment must be settled before 15 days prior to departure.
5. Package not includes: Items of personal nature like laundry, personal visit to other places, taxes, tips, etc.
6. Persons of good physique who can perform UMRAH / ZIYARAT without the help of others only can be enrolled in the package.
7. Ladies cannot perform UMRAH unless accompanied by “MEHRAM’ or someone (Relative) who can look after her during the journey.
8. Do not carry the restricted / banned items while travelling.
9. Any dispute whatsoever nature relating to UMRAH / ZIYARAT Package operated by M/s. Creative Tours & travels (India) Pvt Ltd. Bombay, is subject to Bombay Jurisdiction only.
10. Creative Tours & Travels (India) Pvt Ltd, reserves the rights to modify any services, if any predetermined contingency arises.
11. Creative shall not be responsible for any persons missing during the movement of the Package Tour due to his / her negligence.
12. No refund will be given for any services modified or unutilized rendered services.
13. Intendent applicants must provide Bank Statements, Income Tax Returns / Challan etc to obtain Turkey visit visa.
CANCELLATIONS:
